aboveA Startup Accelerator

Pairing founders with hands-on strategy, growth systems, and execution support to move from idea to an investable and market-ready company.

Choose your route!

Idea to launch route

For aspiring entrepreneurs and early-stage founders ready to turn an idea into a structured business. This program covers concept development, planning, core processes, and launch execution - leaving you with a clear roadmap and the tools to start on solid ground.

Business acceleration route

For established developers and founders with a foundation or an MVP in place. This route is for those who are ready to grow faster and smarter. This program addresses growth bottlenecks, investment readiness, and stronger methods for scale - building on what already works, without starting over.

Accelerator is flexible by design

These incubator activities are designed to be finished in 12 weeks. Want to go faster? You can. Prefer to take your time? That’s okay too. With around 10 hours of weekly focus, you’ll build real progress. You control the pace; we guide the path.

This means you should plan 10 hours each week just for learning and doing your work. These hours should be quiet, focused time.

What “focused time” means:

1. You work on a computer, not a phone.

2. You sit in a calm space, where no one distracts you.

3. You feel rested, not tired from other hard thinking tasks.

You need to have strong reasons for joining this program. Think about your goals. Why do you want to get better? What skills do you want to learn?

You should be able to read, write, and talk in English at a B2 level or higher. That means you understand most things and can share your ideas clearly.

Your computer should let you download and install new programs. A stable internet connection will ensure you do not experience any issues.

Strategy and execution together

Some teams come to us for direction. Others need delivery. Most need both. We help define what should happen, then support the work needed to make it happen.

That can include market research, strategizing and leading, positioning, partner search, content, outreach, landing pages, sales decks, and growth planning. The work stays practical. aboveA aim is not to produce a long strategy document that sits unused. We strive to help your company make clearer moves toward customers, partners, contracts, and expansion.

Application Process

  • Pitch & Idea Review – We evaluate your submission for fit.

  • Panel Review – Recording and notes go to our panel for final decision.
  • Decision Window – You have one week to accept.
  • Paperwork – One week to complete onboarding documentation.
