Contacting the Data Protection Officer

You may contact our Data Protection Officer regarding matters concerning personal data handled by aboveA Collective.

This may include enquiries or feedback concerning our personal data protection practices, requests relating to personal data held by us, correction of personal data, withdrawal of consent where applicable, or concerns regarding the way in which personal data has been collected, used, disclosed, protected or otherwise handled.

Access and Correction Requests

If you wish to request access to personal data that aboveA Collective holds about you, or information concerning the ways in which your personal data has been used or disclosed, you may submit a written request to the Data Protection Officer using the contact details above.

You may also contact the Data Protection Officer if you believe that personal data held by us is inaccurate or incomplete and wish to request a correction.

Your request should contain sufficient information for us to identify you and the personal data concerned. We may request additional information where reasonably necessary to verify your identity, establish your authority to make the request, or understand and process the request.

Requests will be handled in accordance with the PDPA and other applicable legal requirements.

Withdrawal of Consent

Where our collection, use or disclosure of your personal data is based on your consent, you may contact our Data Protection Officer if you wish to withdraw that consent.

Where applicable, we will inform you of the consequences of withdrawing your consent before processing the request. Withdrawal of consent does not affect any collection, use or disclosure of personal data that is permitted or required under applicable law.
