Job Description:
Join our dynamic, international startup team as a Sales Assistant, where you will assist in expanding our business, particularly in the digital recruitment services sector. We help business owners find the right staff, offering outsourcing and external hiring solutions. We are looking for a professional who can effectively communicate via phone and email to actively and professionally drive business growth.
Main Tasks:
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotations and sales contracts.
- Communicate with potential clients through phone calls and emails to expand business operations.
- Manage the customer information database to ensure accuracy and timely updates.
- Assist in arranging sales meetings and client visits.
- Prepare and distribute sales-related documents and reports.
- Help the sales team achieve sales targets.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of a high school diploma; candidates with a background in Business or Marketing are preferred.
- At least one year of experience in sales or a related field, with experience in the digital sector a plus.
- Excellent phone and email communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and at least one of the following languages: German, French, or Spanish.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
Working Hours and Environment:
- Flexible working hours of 40 hours per month.
